I wanted to move out of the Treasure Valley to Magic Valley when I met Felix. That was a 4 hr round trip for me so when I told Felix what I was looking for he made sure we didn’t waste time looking at places that didn’t fit what I wanted. It took several weekends of back and forth before we found my current home. In a time when homes were going for more than listing price and going overnight he had his work cut out for him and he came through with flying colors. I would highly recommend him and I will use him again if a real estate deal is needed in the future
